Most text tutorials that use Bevel and Emboss use the Inner Bevel style. In this tutorial I'll show you how to use the Pillow Emboss style. It can make a pretty neat effect.

Select the type tool and type in your text. Right click the text layer and select blending options. Enter these settings.
